  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Personalized or custom-made items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Shipping: Securely package the product and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

6. Exchanges
